- Roli’s Cafe was previously known as Roli’s Diner that was established in the 1940’s. Aside from their well-known Napoleones, the iconic cafe also offers an array of homegrown dishes. The cafe is located at Rolis Arcade, La Salle Ave., Brgy. Villamonte in Bacolod City, and is very accessible. Negrenses and non-locals can rekindle memories at Roli’s cafe while enjoying the cafe’s specialty menu and drinks. The beautifully-designed interior which provides a homey feeling to customers while the murals give an upbeat cafe vibe. The cafe is near the famous fast food chains and university in La Salle Ave.
