- The Negros Museum Café is located two blocks from the Capitol and can be found before the Hall of Justice in Gatuslao Street. Customers are welcome to enjoy Filipino and international cuisine, as well as vegan and gluten-free options. They pride themselves utilizing natural and homegrown ingredients, and sourced from the small backyards from around Negros. They do not use canned ingredients, so quality is not a problem at all. Gemma and Guido Nijssen manage Negros Museum Café, which has been serving tourists and locals for many years now.

- The cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a full bar and serves alcohol, waitstaff, and outdoor seating. Guests should not worry where to park for they have available parking lot space, street parking, and free off-street parking to accommodate all customers. The cafe is wheelchair accessible and allows reservations as well as takeouts.
