- If you’re craving for the best pasta and salmon, Cafe Uma is a place to be. This cafe owned by the Gaston family was established through the concept of ‘Grupo Uma.’ Uma, in our local dialect, means ‘farm.’ Behind every decoration and design of the cafe are stories worth sharing. The restaurant has a classy ambiance that spices up with our history and Negrense culture. They serve excellent and satisfying Italian cuisines like pasta and pizzas. Everything they offer to their customers is a top notch. At Cafe Uma, their must-try foods are classic puttanesca, chorizo quesadillas, smoked salmons, Margherita and pesto pizza, and crispy cured pork shank.
